INGREDIENTS

3 pounds chicken legs and breasts
1/2 cup Burke's Honey
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry. Mix until smooth.
2. Roll chicken in mixture to coat. Arrange meaty side up and bake at 350 °F for one hour.
3. Serve over rice.
