Honey Vegetable Glaze
INGREDIENTS
 
¼ cup Burke's Honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
3 – 4 cups cooked vegetables (like beets, onions, carrots, squash)
DIRECTIONS
1.
Combine all ingredients except vegetables in a skillet.
2.
Stir and let boil for one minute.
3.
Add vegetables and simmer until heated through.
